Safety Tip of the Day!
Check equipment for 'stored energy'. Stored energy also know as Potential Energy is
energy stored within a physical system as a result of the position or configuration of
the different parts of that system. On cranes, make sure crane deck and boom are
clear of any "stored energy" such as beams, pipes, and tools that are stored on top of
the moving equipment.
